Receive a qualified on-site technician who will thoroughly evaluate your technology systems, diagnose existing issues, and identify the root cause of any performance, connectivity, or equipment-related problems. Our technicians provide hands-on troubleshooting for networks, Wi-Fi systems, security cameras, smart home devices, audio/video equipment, computers, and other technology installations. After completing a comprehensive assessment, we will recommend and implement effective solutions to restore functionality, improve performance, and help prevent future issues, ensuring your technology operates reliably and efficiently.

An on-site service call has a minimum charge of 2 hours. 

Additional time is an added cost of $123.24 per hour. 

Reschedulings

Need to change your appointment? We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your schedule. Simply contact us in advance, and we'll work with you to find a new date and time that fits your needs. Reschedules must be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Advance notice allows us to better serve other customers and efficiently manage our service schedule. Cancellation policies may apply depending on the timing of the request.
